Who receives your information?
This notice explains the contact form and features of the BAROSSI Turkish coffee machine presentation site. Official company information may be consulted separately for BAROSSI's other activities.

The following information is processed when you use the contact form. Company, phone and model choice are optional; full name, email and message are required to assess your enquiry.
When changing language, form fields are briefly kept in browser session storage to avoid losing them. They are deleted after restoration; otherwise they expire after two minutes and are cleared on the next page load.
Do not enter sensitive information unrelated to your enquiry, such as identity documents, payment card or health details.
Information you share for contact.
Information is received electronically when you submit the form. It is used to assess your product and quotation request, answer questions and contact you about that subject.
The form records your consent to a response. Where processing relies on explicit consent, this consent is its legal basis. Necessary processing directly related to an offer or contract, and legal obligations, are assessed under the applicable conditions in Article 5 of Turkish Law No. 6698.
Submitting this form does not subscribe you to advertising. This site does not create behavioural advertising, visitor profiles or automatic marketing registrations.
Your enquiry within its own scope.
Your information is stored in the web server's enquiry records and is not published on public pages. This site does not automatically send form data to third-party advertising, analytics or CRM services.
This version does not automatically delete enquiry records after a set period. The company assesses retention and deletion according to the purpose and applicable obligations. You can ask the company to correct or delete your information.
External channels such as phone, email and the official website have their own terms. Google Maps is embedded in the factory location section and connects to Google when loaded. Information on this service is on the Cookies and Local Storage page. Any legally required disclosure is assessed under the relevant legal conditions.

Under Article 11 of Turkish Law No. 6698, you may apply to the data controller to exercise the following rights:
- Find out whether your data is processed and, if so, to what extent.
- Ask about the purpose and whether processing meets it.
- Identify third parties receiving data within or outside Türkiye.
- Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate information.
- Request deletion or destruction under the conditions set by law.
- Ask that recipients be notified of corrections or deletion.
- Object to an adverse outcome arising solely from automated analysis.
- Seek compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
